The Frank Russell Building is a Class A office building with two floors of parking, twelve floors of offices, and a total of 230,000 SF. The building is located in Tacoma, WA and is considered one of Puget Sound’s premier office properties. Stellar acquired this building in 1998. The building was completely occupied by The Russell Company, who provides investment management and advisory services, for the five years Stellar owned it.
