Westlake Place
Westlake Place is a triangular-shaped, six-story office and retail space on 4th Avenue in downtown Seattle. Purchased in 1997, Stellar worked tirelessly to bring activation to Westlake Park to better the resident and tourist experience. In 2010, the Downtown Seattle Association was contracted by Seattle Parks to manage Westlake Park and today the park thrives and is regularly home to kids, seniors, food trucks, art, public gaming and community events.
