The Kosterhavet project consists of two residential buildings with a shared courtyard in Stockholm Royal Seaport, an area known for its sustainable real estate. The smaller building is used for student housing and has a total of 113 units that house about 150 students. The larger building has 91 deluxe rental units. Stellar’s innovative Egenvärmehus™ sustainable construction techniques were used on Kosterhavet, which is part of the Clinton Climate Initiative.
