The Nobelus project is located in the Flemingsberg neighborhood of Stockholm, an up and coming area known for its five universities and the universities’ remarkable medical research facilities. Nobelus will contain 433 student housing units to help provide lodging for some of the 17,000 students attending the universities. Stellar is coordinating with other real estate owners and institutions in the area to help turn Flemingsberg into one of Europe’s most innovative and prominent research and education hubs.
