Rinkebyterrassen will consist of six self-heating, low-energy consumption buildings. Currently into the second phase, a total of 370 condominiums and rent adjusted apartments will be available to the public.

In conjunction with the development, Stellar ByggVesta has funded a social not for profit project called Yalla Rinkeby. The Yalla Project provides culinary, language, and entrepreneurship education to female participants of color who have had difficulty finding employment due to skill sets and lack of understanding of the Swedish language. Yalla is a passion project to help integrate our community of Rinkeby and provide a safe learning environment for the women whom we serve.
