Greg Van Patten directs all aspects of the development and construction process for the firm’s development activity.  He has over 28 years of experience in both market rate and affordable multifamily and mixed-use development, with communities ranging from low-rise garden style to urban mid-rise and high-rise, as well as senior housing.  Greg was previously Senior Vice President of Development for The Wolff Company, where he oversaw the company’s multifamily development activity in the Pacific Northwest from 2011 to 2020, totaling nearly 5,800 units and over $1.4 billion in total costs.  Greg has a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from the University of Oregon.  Prior to college he served three years active duty in the U.S. Army.
